Most of you have certainly heard the slogan: "Our staff are our biggest asset". Unfortunately, such slogans often do not reflect reality. AGAP's management looks after their employees. This rule does not have anything to do with altruism but it mirrors the benefits the company gets when the employees are satisfied and devoted. The following saying explains it best: "Treat all your employees at least as well as you treat your customers".

From the lowest level employee to the CEO we are all well prepared to do our job. Knowledge and skills and our competence are the key to our success. AGAP does its best to be people oriented. The following managerial practices show that:
